on August 16,2022 Curtis Walker has been the only technician that I had the pleasure of meeting and was notified by him that he was also spraying the hill which is also a part of my property. I don't have much yard and all these years of being a loyal customer he is the only one that I saw spray the lawn as well as place a sign on the hill that he completed the task. I appreciate Curtis for doing what was asked by me years ago since I was paying for this service I always had to call to ensure that the hill was included in the true green applications. I had an issue with weeds popping up and they sent a representative out to spay the weeds.

In general, I am happy with the service and the technicians and my lawn definitely looks better. One issue is that the service technician came to do the aeration and only did the front yard. He didn't do the back yard. When will the technician come back to complete the work?

I've requested that there be no lawn service on Saturdays (Sabbath).. My request has not been taken seriously on at least 2 occasions. If it occurs again, I will use other options.

I like that when it's time for proper application of chemicals, you do not have to call to remind them to service your yard. It's pain-free. My yard over the years has thickened and looks like a rolling green pasture. The service people spray all areas of the yard without hesitation.

I wonder about the application since there was a drowning rain on the day that weed killers were applied. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the service. I plan to make contact to see how to make improvements based on the comments on the invoice.
