Hello Truegreen team,

Yesterday(Aug 17th) from Truegreen visited my home to treat my lawn. They treated only front lawn and they not covered in back yard. This is happening 3rd time. When ever Truegreen technicians visiting my home they are not treating my backyard. If I notice they are infront of my house I open my backyard lawn gate and ask them to treat there. If I couldn't notice them, I will miss.

Problem here is I am not getting any proper communication when they coming for treat my lawn via text or email. 2nd they are not ringing my door bell before treat my lawn, then only I can able to keep my lawn gate open.

Please schedule another visit for my back lawn

Over time the yard gets healthier, but you have to stay on top of services and Management to ensure its done correctly. sometimes this requires re-servicing, but they will get it done. The Service Technicians appear to be happy employees and professional. And they are very efficient when you are home!
