John came to spray my shrubs today and he is a gem. He took time to talk with me and he is a fountain of information. I so appreciated him taking time to do that. He even loosened roots in a pot to see if the tree needed to be repotted or planted, which I will do next fall. I look forward to seeing him in March. Beyond what I expected!

On time service and my Tech has been OUTSTANDING with communication and recommendations.....not last visit as we were not present--prior visit and I apologize his name slips my memory but he handled my last 2-3 visits prior to late October visit.

That our lawn looks great and any weeds are gone quickly. Services are fast and we are kept informed when the service will be.

Calls before coming and rings door bell when arrives.
I wish you could send the same people to do the work like you use to do. It is easier on the person servicing lawn or shrubs and also on the owner not having to show new people where the property line stops on smaller yards.
They are not putting papers about service on our doors now. I keep these as my records what you have done. Is there a reason you are no longer doing this service ? (leaving info about service done). Over all the service is good.

I can see the results of the applications that are performed when needed throughout the year. The price has increased over the years that I have used the service. Not a substantial increase but one that dictates the times.
