I recently had an issue with brown patchy spots in my lawn. I notified Trugreen one morning enroute to work and at approximately 10:00 a.m. that same day I received a call from Customer Experience Representative Mr.Cornelius Edwards. Mr. Edwards stated he was currently at my home and had walked my entire yard and indicated he had identified the problem. He stated he would consult with the servicing technician and provide a plan of action to rectify the problem. I was very impressed with the quick response and the overall genuine concern he had for ensuring a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Trugreen for your lawn care services.

Cornelius was very professional ,Knowledgeable and FRIENDLY. He took the time to answer my concerns with my yard .He talked to me about the different types of grass he was very knowledgeable on all types. I hope Cornelius continues to be my specialist so I can talk to him when ever I have a concern with my yard.

My experience with TruGreen these past few months has been outstanding. A few months ago I had some issues with the service and was ready to cancel and look for another company. I answered a survey with and listed why I had given the poor review. The next day I received a call from Cornelius Edwards and asked about the issue I was having in more detail. He stated that he would come out to my property the next day to inspect the problem I was having. He looked at my yard, and we set up a plan to try and correct it. Cornelius also gave me his personal telephone number, which was greatly appreciated. Previously when I had tried to reach someone I was rerouted several times and was told the supervisor would contact me but never did.

My experience this time dealing with Cornelius has been exceptional. Thanks, Cornelius for helping me with this issue.

The 10 rating I put down is more about Customer Experience Manager Cornelius Edwards that came out to my house today than it is about my past experience with TruGreen. I was ready to stop my service with TruGreen because I haven't been happy with the service. However, Cornelius was very knowledgeable and I was impressed with him and decided to give TruGreen another try. He and I agreed on a plan of action moving forward that will hopefully correct my lawn.

I did have a problem with service a couple of months ago, and I wrote a review. Within a day's time I received a call from Cornelius Edwards, ( a customer service rep). He had reviewed my complaint and stated he would come out to my property and take a look at the problem I was having. Cornelius stated what the company planned to do regarding my issue and gave me his personal telephone #. Cornelius keeps following up to make sure my problem is resolved. Couldn't ask for a better rep.

It is very nice to have someone to personally call if you have an issue. Early on my experience with your company was when I had an issue I would call and get someone in Suwanee, which in turn would trans.fer me to Loganville office, but it was like it fell on deaf ears, no response every came. So I am very pleased with the experience I have this time around

After speaking with Cornelius I'm happy to say the issue was resolved it was the technician first time servicing my property so I think the technician was not aware of one of the areas that should have been fertilized. I received a phone call from Cornelius and I was assured the tech would come back and take care of that area. Since moving to Georgia 13 years no company has responded so quickly and was eager to take care of the problem. I'm sure I can speak with the tech next time to make sure he's aware of the entire area that needs service. I should have done that the 1st time.

Ease of paying and getting in touch with customer service. Never have an issue with getting a technician back out to resolve an issue.
