He has been servicing my lawn for about a year now. It very comforting to know that when I am scheduled to have my next application he is the one In-Charge. Prior Service Techs that I've had over the years of service with TruGreen have not taken as much pride or had a good work ethnic. He is always willing to answer any of my questions that creep up about my lawn care from time to time. Thomas, keep up the great work!

A man true to his word. He called yesterday and said he'd be on his way. He came and accessed the situation ( I was going to cancel). He asked me to let him take care of it. He understood my concern and situation. I going to let him handle it. His customer service was excellent. His knowledge of my grass and the weeds, excellent.
