Excellent customer service and service overall
I was fortunate enough to have Mark Allemang arrive to do my service yesterday afternoon. As requested, Mark did ring the doorbell when he arrived prior to treatment so I could discuss my concerns with the condition of my lawn. Mark proceeded to outline what he would be applying and promised to leave a follow-up note when completed. As opposed to other visits by other TruGreen associates, I watched Mark take his time and actually "do the work". I actually feel that I received my monies worth for the service performed.

The company's weather awareness before applications, it's very important to apply the right product at the right time! Tru-Green nailed it for me. I find Tru-Green to be not as good as every one but they are for sure better than most. Customer service has been over the top. But we also had all sorts of other behavior we could not have anticipated without launching fast.
For example, we quickly dialed in getting response rates higher but comment rates dropped -- the open text response following providing your rating.
But by launching early, we didn't focus on how to turn it on in the app. We did that working with the client.
And because we we're focused on the surrounding features, we could we were able to run multiple versions, designs, and micro-tests concurrently
-- and on very short iterations.

how good my lawn now looks
My Specialist, Kameron did a great job. I was surprised to see him use the manual push container instead of the hose /liquid materials that was used by the other Specialist. Could the next treatment be continue with the liquid material?
It works! My lawn looks so healthy right now and I'm thinking about selling my house, and if I do, I've got a great "Curb Appeal" team which ncludes TruGreen.
Also, I like the phone notifications from the office on when you will be here. And, I like the invoice notes from the technician and the information/instructions for me.
