Just like Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color fairy, Ron Dean (147070) spread his magical wand to create a beautiful green lawn. In his comments he noticed that the lawn is starting to green up. I noticed it after the first treatment and so did everyone else. I enjoy being the envy of the neighborhood. It's getting thick, lush, and emerald green (my favorite lawn combination). There are some trouble spots, but I'm sure they will be dealt with in the future. Thank you.

I got a call from your company about my service. I told them little problem I had, she was sending them out to correct it. She made note of it on my chart. Said they will put more chemicals on sidewalk area everytime to help.

Regarding my last treatment on 4/20/2022, it seems that everything went well, with one exception. And that is - I am not quite sure that there was an application on my lawn inside the chain link fence. I was not present during the entire application to witness the proceedings. However, when I checked the work after I had gotten home, there was a sign in the front yard as usual. But the gate in the back fence, which I had left unlocked, had not been locked upon the employee's exit. After the first previous application before this second one, the person locked the gate back up, as is indicated on my work order for each time, I am sure. But this time, the lock was exactly in the same position as I left it when I unlocked it on 4/19/2022 the night before. It made me wonder, then, if there was a reason that no application took place inside the fenced yard; or if there had been an application, why was the lock not locked again upon his leaving and one of those application white stakes not placed inside the fenced yard as well? I hope this is just an oversight. Not locking the gate back up when leaving presents a security problem for my property and house potentially. It is a big house and large wooded property surrounding it. This is an absolute MUST in future application procedures, or I will immediately cancel this service. By the way, the young man whom I met when he arrived was very personable and on time. Let's be sure our wires are not crossed somehow the next time. It would be helpful if your company could have THE SAME PERSON EACH TIME so this kind of problem has NO chance of recurrence!! Name removed
