Granular Service calls made a difference in our lawn compared to the liquid application- problem is the routine of 4-6 week appointments are not always made which puts the lawn in a fatigued state by 2 weeks or more. The customer- me shouldn’t be calling to remind TruGreen of the schedule and applications needed. Phone notifications from Trudy for visits ahead of time is a plus.

After being a TruGreen customer for many years, my level of frustration with terrible, conflicting, inaccurate (or complete lack of) customer service had me seriously consider dropping all services. I have a large property and receive lawn care as well as plant/shrub treatments.
Holly Clark in Pittsburgh saved a long-standing account for TruGreen with her prompt, accurate, understandable and courteous assistance. I cannot recall how she eventually arrived on my account, but I am grateful. She is pleasant, available, responsive and knowledgeable. TruGreen should use her as an example to other employees responsible for customer contact.

Every thing but I miss getting the printouts after a service. I do not have a smart phone.
It is definitely looking better, but we still cannot get rid of my Creeping Charlie!
