William is always very friendly and informative. He does a great job and I can tell that he cares about providing me with a good product and good service. He enjoys seeing how much my lawn has improved since he started working on it a few years ago. He always comes when he is scheduled. One of the things I like about TruGreen is that the same tech (William) comes almost all the time. It helps to have that continuity and increases my confidence that the person taking care of my lawn knows what has been done in the past and what needs to be done to keep it looking healthy and nice.
