Hi,
Last application was not the best. Many broadleaf weeds remain and the wild onions were not injured at all. The weather conditions were horrible for this application which likely contributed to the lack of results. The application should not have been done under those conditions.
I am hoping for a much better selective herbicide application and results on the next round. I don't want to live with this through the summer.

Technicians are good, but trying to speak with someone live is very difficult. I always have issues getting my message across. You can't speak to you local branch which is who I want to talk to about some things with my grass.
The grass is healthy and nearly weed free. I never was able to get these results myself.

They arrive on the assigned day, weather permitting or will call if the service cannot be completed because of weather and reschedule.
All technicians are extremely polite, answer any questions I might have and will explain exactly what they are doing for my lawn and why f I question them.

I am a new customer this year and have been extremely pleased with the service I have received. Today Garrett Kasik came out to spray my trees and shrubs for insect protection. I watched as he carefully did each tree and shrub. The care he gave my landscape was better than I could have done myself. This is the second time he treated my trees and shrubs. I hope that he will continue to be the person who does my yard in the future. Please give him my thanks for a job well done.
