Many times I'm not home when the lawn technician comes so I have to trust that they are doing the job intended. My lawn seems to be weathering this intense hot and dry summer and I am not noticing any unusual lawn activity or weeds at this time. So please keep up the good work.
I would like to have better opportunity to talk to our "local" company rather than having to speak to the national hotline when I have questions. If you can make that happen I would be an even more satisfied customer!

The service is good although a little pricey for me now. I would like to see the damage burn spot done by the tech taken care of. The sent someone out to look at it, but still have not repaired it. They said they would wait for cooler weather, but the 4 foot by 4 foot spot has been in my front yard for over a month. Looks bad! Please take care of it.

Good customer services with good result of my lawn care.
Overall, I am pleased with the service. HOWEVER, I would like to get advice for additional services if they notice a problem (or a potential problem) with my lawn. As an example, after the most current lawn service, I noticed several bare spots as well as different shades of green (some very light) at various spots on the lawn. If these issues require additional feeding I would like to know so it can be scheduled. As stated, the work done is fine, but it appears that some additional lawn feeding is needed.
Everyone is always friendly and courteous. They are very respectful to our property and time.
The services I am receiving both lawn care and tree and shrub are doing well even with this very hot summer. I even have a beautiful pink blossom on my hydrangea shrub where I haven't in the past few years.
