He provided me with a quick update on what the application consisted of, so I understood how TruGreen's application supported my goal of a great looking lawn. I appreciate the time Trai took to speak with me. The thing that impressed me the most was when I told him "thank you", he responded "your welcome". That knocked my socks off. This was truly the first time in a very long time that someone in the service industry told me "your welcome". Normally I hear "No Problem" which drives me crazy. Please reinforce with Trai the positive impact he had with a loyal customer. It is because of teammates like Trai that TruGreen will thrive in this very competitive industry.

When I moved in 4 years ago, my "lawn" was 90% weeds and moss and bare dirt. After 3 years with TruGreen, my grass is so lush and green that my neighbors are jealous! The techs are here as promised every time - very courteous and knowledgeable to answer questions. The printed reports they leave are easy to understand and very accurate with what I see in my lawn. When I started service, they said it would take 2-3 years to see the full results, and that was exactly what happened: 1st year good, 2nd year better, 3rd year fantastic. It's just so easy, with TruGreen! I would recommend my Walton Hills Ohio TruGreen branch to anyone in the area who wants to improve their lawn.

I like the personal contact attempts but every year we have weeds and a yellowish color. Every year I am told to cut at the right height ( I cut at 3 1/4” ). I water every other day for 30 minutes per zone. I want the greenest, healthiest lawn in the neighborhood.

A week ago, we had a problem with or lawn. When our August application was put on our lawn, for some reason or another, it burnt parts of our lawn all over. I contacted TruGreen and was told a specialist would be out on 09/07/23 to look at the lawn. Then the date changed to 09/08/23. the person that checked our lawn on the 8th, was there to put an application on my neighbor's lawn. The specialist said, after checking our lawn, that it was caused by bugs. I then contacted TruGreen again and had an appointment for the 12th, for a specialist to come out and on the 12th after waiting, we received a call that the specialist would be out on the 13th. Well, I was pretty upset, because that was a waste of part of my day. On the 13th, Specialist James Wallace came and after he checked the lawn, he told us that he was going to put an application down to help the lawn with the burnt spots. He explained everything he was going to do. He was very polite and respectful and handled our problem very efficiently. We were going to cancel our contract with TruGreen, because we thought we were getting the run around. Since Mr. Wallace explained everything to us, we decided to wait and see how,
the lawn will do. We have high respect for Mr. Wallace on the way he handled our problem.
