What my wife and I really appreciate about TruGreen is the professionalism, the follow up, the sincere effort to accommodate all of our requests, and the overall quality of all of your employees.
Since, our former lawn care provider, Scott's, damaged our lawn due to the turnover of their staff members, and their lack of competency we totally see a "night and day" difference by having TruGreen take over the care and maintenance of our yard.
All of the employees with whom I have interacted are dedicated to totally satisfying their customers. That is the ultimate for any service provider, to not only talk the talk, but much more importantly, consistently walk the walk!

I how healthy my lawn looks. Although Scotts had a lot to do with the appearance of my lawn because I had been with them 3 years before TruGreen took over. I am continuing with TruGreen for 1 year to see if the quality continues. I would hate to lose what Scott has done to improve my lawn. What I don't like about your service is with Scotts I was able to have my total service amount divided into 12 easy auto payment, however I was told that TruGreen do not offer that convenience. It was easier to have my payments divided equally into 12 monthly payments.
The call ahead scheduling makes it easier for me to address any changes that may need to be made.
I like the fact that if i call you for something you miss you come out and correct the

I had the pleasure of being home when Trugreen came to my home today. I was really impressed with Joe and the communication we shared about my lawn care. He was really helpful and paid special care to the areas of my lawn that I pointed out that needed the most care and that had been neglected before. He was very quick and efficient. Hopefully Joe will be on this route many more times. I'm very satisfied with the results today.
