I like how my lawn is finally filling in since it was destroyed in the 2017 microburst we had. Several trees were lost and the machines that cleared the aftermath ruined the yard. The backyard is almost back to normal.
All of your technicians do a professional job. When a problem does occure you respond without any hesitation to resolve it. I am the only one in my cal-da-sak withTruegreen lawn service and have the best lawn.

I just spoke with Tonya 130559. She listened to my concern and addressed it. More than that she was pleasant and polite. She is a valuable asset to the Tru Green team. The problem was a surpise price increase that wasn not disclosed or authorized by me. The service has been consistantly good over the years. I like that my lawn has made a marked improvement in such a short time, and has only gotten better with time. I appreciate the general advice that I receive on lawn care. I do wish that I had had better advice concerning the lawn ants that have been creating brown patches in my back yard these past 2 growing seasons. I've had to work to fix that lawn issue myself.

Great customer satisfaction
My lawn required a do over in light of the inadequate job completed by another service person while it was raining. Weed killer was supposed to applied. The do over was completed by Melvin Davis who did a through and complete job without me having to indicate that he skipped sections. I would prefer to have Mr. Davis service my yard in the future rather than Emanuel Mapango. Please make every effort to accommodate this request. Thanks.
My yard has never looked so terrific. I recommended you to my uncle and he also gets lawn treatments from TruGreen and his lawn looks amazing. Your service is cheaper than if I were to buy individual bags of Scots and do the job myself. And...the tech that has been here the last few times is personable and really seems to enjoy his job.
