All but one of the employees (on the phone and in person) have been professional. Have only had one bad experience where the application was not complete. Only one pass was evident in the early morning dew and on camera. One call and another team was sent out.
The lady who provides the service is courteous and answers all my questions.
Would like to know a day or two in advance as to when you are coming. There are some problem areas that I have now that I want to make sure are addressed and I can't arrange to be home if I don't know when
True Green has really transformed my yard. I like how they pay attention to details and make suggestions on what is needed for better results.
The only reason you didn't get a 10 is I have a few more weeds than I like in certain areas.

I like the fact that I receive a call the day ahead of service to know when you will be coming out for service. The last time I was scheduled for service, I had a question for the Tech, and he took the time to find out the answer and was very pleasant.
ALL OUR PLANTS SEEM TO BE HEALTHIER AND THE GRASS IN OUR FRONT YARD LOOKS GREAT. THE BACK YARD GRASS NOT SO MUCH.
