The technicians are awesome. very attentive. Generally though, customer service suuuucccks. It was three months between services. Not a word from TruGreen. For the most part I am satisfied, but TruGreen tries hard to lose me.

I like the results on my lawn from the products used. Ilike speaking with a real live frienndly and helpful person if I have a concern or need additional information, I like knowing when applications are applied before the actual date. Also, I had a problem with Creeping Charlie last year and it was almost clear up except in the far backyard and once I brought the problem to the company's attention, you continued to work on it until that invasive stubborn weed was gone.
Thanks to True Green, I now have a beautiful lawn again.

I like my trugreen service person her name is Diane if I can't have her I will stop the service. I just finished my 6th spray the first 4 SUCKED I was ready to Quit trugreen and all tho I had called in numerous times nothing happened no calls back ect I really don't know how she came on the 5th time and 6th but I don't want anyone else she knows her stuff. I want her for my trugreen sprayer or I will go else where she is Awesome please keep her for my route or I will leave because the guys that did the first 4 times didn't do crap and never gave the supervisor any of my messages and you really have a hard time calling and trying to get someone in your direct area. YAY DIANE PLEASE STAY AS MY Trugreen sprayer.
