The technician calls to let me know when he will be performing services. This is followed by a door knock and further explanation of service being provided and what he saw in yard. He also let's me know about any concerns for my dogs with service being provided. After the service he takes an extra moment to again knock on the door and let me know that he is finished and thanks me as a customer. Customer service like this goes a long way with and only strengthons my loyalty as a customer.

The personal connection. If I'm home, 'Bob' (I can't recall his last name) always tells me his opinion of my lawn and offers his thoughts on future care. He looks after both my lawn and my neighbors. Both look great. I know Bob will retire soon. I hope the next guy is half as good.
When I am home and able to talk with the person who is doing the work I have found them to be very informative and sociable. My lawn is also doing very well.
Only question I have is; my two neighbors to my south also have the service, but you come on different days, why not the same day. This to me is an added expense, but there may be a reason I'm not aware of.
