I Liked that the treatments took care of the weeds in my lawn especially the dandelions. I do not like being contacted about other services TruGreen has to offer continually. One time is enough for me to say things are good now. Please one call or one email is enough..

I pay ahead of the summer, TruGreen notifies via voicemail when the next service day is scheduled, friendly workers show up, I don't have to stay home to wait for them, the job gets done, the grass grows thick and green, weeds are gone, and I'm a happy customer.

I've been getting tons of compliments on my lawn...especially from my retired neighbor who has nothing to do but work on his lawn so that says a lot.
What I really appreciate about TruGreen is the customer service. They answer when I call and respond to my needs. That has made the experience so much better.

All of our treatments have been done thanks to the follow through of Sherri Hernandez after I
went to the office in Vadnais Heights and explained what had happen when they had not done the aeration on 8/3 etc. Running your business via a nationwide computer program and not being able to talk to people locally is not good. You must improve your ability to talk to your local schedulers etc.

They work! Our lawn and trees look amazing. We have over 2 acres and it's a relief not to have to worry about weeds.

I am not paying the 8/3 service because it was never performed and has been rescheduled for 9/18 per Sherri Hernandez. I will wait until Monday to see what happens. I should not be charged for the Monday treatment. I had go to your Vadnais Office to get this straightened out. She got the aeration scheduled for 8/22 which was supposed to have happened on 8/3. She told me not to pay the 8/3 invoice until after 9/18. She was very helpful in straightening the mess created by ;your employee on 8/3. He did nothing and left an invoice for work which he did not do. We were home and he did not come to the door and contact us.

You do a good job on my lawn.

For the most part, spraying is a timely event for me. Wish I could get a week's notice so that I can try to make sure the grass is cut before Tru Green comes to do the spraying. That being said, the results are great and if needed, Tru Green is more than willing to come and spray an additional time.

I know my property is larger than some to be sprayed, and my concern is that I will not be able o afford to do it every year going forward in retirement.
