Overall the service is good and we get feedback on how our lawn is doing. The job is done by professionals ( which I'm not when it come to lawn care). The best indicator if you are treating our lawn properly is what does it look like. I can honestly say I like the way our lawn looks, nice plush green grass which for me is determined by my bare feet walking across my grass.

TruGreen has communicated well, performed service in a timely manner and made recommendations that are environmentally sound. Our technician makes extra efforts to make sure our facility looks a performs well. I have even seen him checking on things during weekend hours when he is off the clock. That is a commitment to excellence!
Regular schedule without having to ask. Nice report after lawn treatment to say what was done. This year, the price was good.
The lawn applications work. Our lawn looks great. Not sure about the "tree and shrub" applications. Would like some more information from TruGreen. Our apple tree did not look good this year. TruGreen said the "tree and shrub" application does not cover fruit trees. Why not? All in all, with the weather we had this year and TruGreen's help, our lawn looks the best in our neighborhood. Thanks !!!

we had weeds we just could not get rid of and worse every year. finally we had to do something, we called tru green AND OH MY our lawn is great it took an while for them to get rid of the weed, but they did the job and am very pleased with them. also the mesquito treatment was amazing. I was afraid to go out side, I could not believe I could walk outside and work all day
