Had our second application today. Our specialist ( Anthony Brown Miller) and his assistant did a outstanding job. Anthony talk to me. inspected the yard prier to the application and told me exactly what they were going to do. After, he came to the door and gave us a detailed report about everything the did, what to do on our part and what to expect in the future.
Now about True Green. Not everything was peaches and cream. Had trouble getting a specialist to return after our fist application, postponed 4 time. After registering a dislike about this, True Green showed that they are a great company by several representatives contacting us to apologies. Promised to make sure that our future treatments would be done in a more timely manor and gave us a discount. This leads me to believe the they are a stand-up company and want to satisfy there customers. I feel that our remaining experience with True Green with be Steller. Would I recommend True Green to my friends, yes provided all goes well for the rest of the summer.

The absolute KEY is having the Same specialist!! I adore Dennis, I had him last year a couple times, he rocks! Problems arise when I get random people doing a service just to check me off the list. Please please please try and have Dennis be my regular specialist.
Affordable and efficient
The lawn technicians are very polite, knowledgeable and task oriented. They also knock first to announce their arrival, and leave a written summary of the work they've completed. I also have wonderful communications with the manager/owner of Trugreen Services and Mark always responds in a timely manner. My only complaint is that my spring application date was changed three times without prior notice. I found out by initiating the contact asking why no one showed up. Thank you!
