Consistently great service. I like the idea of having the same person all summer, and I believe TruGren tries to do that. Friendly representatives who are willing to spend a couple of minutes with you explaining what they applied and offering tips on what I can do to make my yard better. Also like the call a couple of days ahead of application so I can clean up after my dogs and them in the house before arrival.
