I actually have a problem with the service, but we are in the midst of fixing. Seems the truscape misses a large amount of weeds and they are called back. On top of it they sprayed multiple non weeds killing them, but a customer service rep came out investigated and provided a credit on our bill.

Convenience is what comes to mind immediately. I would have to purchase product(s) for
lawn care (hoping I was selecting the best product for my lawn) and then handle the
application myself.

Knowledge. Assess my yard and then place the recommended product application
at the appropriate time. Altering according to needs identified.

Notification. Keep me aware of when you are going to be present on my property
and what application (and care) is managed.

Education. Reminders of what is available in additional services by TruGreen.

Most of the things that are done seem to be keeping my front yard thick and green. But my backyard is pretty overly dry in places.

Also I need at least a one day notice before coming out.

Regular schedule and contact by office. One issue is that I don’t get information about what I need to do for my lawn which has many “dead spots”. I’m assuming it needs more water especially during the current heat. But the quality of the grass is an issue and there’s no information coming from the service on what needs to be done to fix it!

The treatments are effective to keep my lawn green and free of weeds.
