The lawn service maintenance person didn’t finish my request of spraying the backyard for weeds as noted on his WPhone number removed information sheet. I had called the office twice to request this service? He said he knocked on the door. I told his office we wouldn’t be here and had no pets and he needed not to bother knocking on the door but simply apply the fertilizer as usual but to spray for the weeds in the back yard. Could he come back today or tomorrow. I’ll be out of town after Friday Nov.3. Good results

Got rid of the crab grass and greened up my lawn. Disappointed with the lack of help to know other things about lawn - such as length for mowing and why sometimes during the summer brown spots were there in spots.

It would be nice to know what to do over the winter and a specific evaluation of lawn to know what to do to prepare for next year.

Bottom line: lack of personal feedback on my specific lawn.

Tru green always does a great job and tells the what they found and did.

I like that my lawn has been doing well with your services. But there are things for improvement.
1. Robo-Trudy needs to tell me what service is going to happen the next day.
2. Your techs need "Pro-Lawn Training". All your techs should be thoroughly knowledgeable about the how's and whys of your different product offerings - from aeration, overseeding, to fertilizing and weed killing.
3. Your techs need to be knowledgeable on all the different weeds in my yard. I currently have a weed taking over in spots that none of the techs can identify. And they are not familiar if your weed killer works on it. "Just try it and see if it works within 3 weeks".
4. Your techs should be knowledgeable on what types of grasses are in the lawn.
5. Educate the Minniapolis schedulers to understand that the Pacific Northwest is dry in the summer. My lawn does not have irrigation and I don't water. So, I don't need fertilizer/weed killer in August. That would mean your database would have notes on lawn conditions and health progress.

We like how great you take care of our lawn. I recently contacted your office (using the portal on your website) and was SO happy to be able to chat with someone and get my questions answered. For so long, whenever we called the office we never were happy with the service. Could not get ahold of anyone local. Our recent experience with the online portal worked wonderfully and we are so grateful! It should be noted we were just about to forgo renewing our relationship with Tru Green but with this recent experience, we will remain your customer.

Have worked with TruGreen for many years. They are very prompt in servicing my yard. They keep it weed free and looking very attractive. I have neighbors that have started using their service after seeing my results

We like being notified when applications are coming ahead of time. Also, when they are almost at your house if you have questions or concerns you can talk to them. You also don’t have to to be at home if you have errands or appointments. They guys are always friendly and polite.
