Your customer service is good. The people who come over are also good. The feedback I have is coordinating between my account and what I purchased and what the service folks come accomplish. I asked for a full lawn treatment both fertilizer and weed control when I signed up, but each time they were sent to my place they did it partially. Once only fertilizer and only front yard, 2nd time full yard but only fertilizer and the 3rd time they added the weed control. I had to call in every time and check the invoices to check what they have done and ask for the rest of it to be scheduled which I think could be only 1 time and more efficient. I like this to require less supervision but I did not experience it on my first service.

I like not having to do this myself and that I don't have to wonder whether it is the right time to fertilize or put week control on my lawn.

For service on 3/23/23, I do not believe Braxton W came to our home. He did not leave flags on the lawn or writeup service summary report and attach to my door knob. Please redo this service and call me if you any questions.
