Your service tech, Blake Downing, was THE most thorough tech we've ever had. He made sure he covered the whole lawn an paid attention to detail. He actually evaluated what he saw, acted accordingly, and shared the information verbally with us. He was professional, personable, and an all around good guy. He obviously takes pride in the work he does. He is an excellent asset and representative for the trugreen brand. I'd like him to be assigned to ALWAYS provide service at my house.

Tru Green always keeps their word when it comes to service. There have been a few times I haven't been totally satisfied with the results of their work, but when I called them and told them I wasn't totally satisfied, they sent someone almost immediately for a free service. I appreciated that.
Timely phone calls regarding upcoming appt. for the applications to Lawn & Shrubs, 90% of the time Good Technicians and good care of the Lawn & Shrubs.

I DO NOT like that I cannot talk directly to my local office and have to go through a call center.
Your service operators are very polite and friendly. I do have one request and it concerns the signs your operator leaves in the ground when he does the service. I would like one of two things:
If he (or she) leaves a sign in the yard (they actually leave two of them, one in the front yard and one in the back yard.), pick up and take away any other/older signs there.
Or: Don't leave any signs at all.
