They schedule the appointment time and always call in advance before they arrive to insure they can access our back yard which is locked. Very friendly when on the phone and the tech. are always Friendly and courteous and insure all areas of our yard are covered with the substance they are using. The service is fine always call before coming out. However last two years seem to have more weeds than first began using trugreen.
