I see in your email to me that you are treating for nutgrass, but I still have a significant amount growing in the backyard that I have had to call to discuss previously. I do not believe he is treating this portion of the lawn for this grass/weed on a regular basis as it continues to spread throughout the lawn in the back.

Slowly but surely we are eliminating the broad leaf grasses that nearly took over my lawn. The technicians are courteous. They ring the bell to allow me to put the dog in the house, and they shut the gate when they leave. They remind me to water. The service is affordable.
You listen to me regarding my instructions for the lawn.
All my neighbors have web worm and other bug problems, while I have none. Very good service.
