We truly appreciate Josh’s prompt response (?service manager?).l to a recent survey we submitted. He came out the same day of receiving our survey regarding an issue with a prior lawncare application/burned patches, and our disappointment in a lack of response from phone calls we’d to main extension requesting assistance (and the inability to directly contact the local provider/office).
Josh made a visit to our property, assessed the situation, offered compensation for next 2 services and expressed apologies on behalf of the company’s prior lack of response.
We’ve been longtime TrueGreen customers, and He provided customer service that has prevented us from canceling service with TrueGreen.

I appreciate the yard technicians taking time to share their knowledge with me. With TruGreen doing the applications I don't have to store and and apply them myself. I tried with dismal results. My timing was all off. Now every year I have multiple compliments from various neighbors and friends. Thank you TruGreen.

Today, Plano Branch Technician, Thomas Mercer visited my home as scheduled without delay, and rang the bell as a courtesy so I can talk to him about some weeds on my yards. Thomas provided perfect treatment for me and my home. I really appreciate his service in this hot TX summer. Thank you~

On time applications and courteous service. Products are very effective with weed control and health of grass except when we have these extreme heat conditions. Otherwise, our grass never looked better!

Just want to let David know thanks for the feedback on what the lawn needs. We are aware it is bone dry, unfortunately the pool guys cut the sprinkler lines and power installing the pumps. Right now we do not have irrigation until they repair the lines hopefully soon.
