If everyone in the company tried as hard to please their customers as Josh Regalado, there probably wouldn't be a need for a customer service department. After receiving a very negative response on a customer service survey that I submitted. Josh actually showed up at my door to have a face-to-face discussion with me. He was an excellent listener, followed through on all promises that he made. and actually showed concern for the problems I had encountered. Josh even gave me his contact information and urged me to call him in the future if I had any more problems.

My only complaint is that sometimes I don’t think your agent puts enough product on my yard to work properly.
We've been a TruGreen customer for 10+ years and have never looked back. Before moving to TG I applied fertilizers and had a nice lawn but 1 year we came out of spring with mostly weeds. I tried TG & have been happy ever since.
The services are delivered appropriately for my lawn’s condition. Notices of upcoming services are timely and reasonably accurate. i’ve been a customer of true green for over 20 years, and I have yet to be disappointed in anything Trugreen has offered.
