I complained when I didn’t get the service I deserved on a rainy day and TruGreen worked with me to make things right. I’m very please when a company works to get the customer’s satisfaction.
I had a weed infested front lawn while the backyard was fairly decent. I knew it was more than I could handle, so I called Tru Green. It took a couple of months, but I’m seeing positive results. Still have some Dallas grass, but that stuff is hard to kill without damaging the rest, so I’m giving it more time. Overall I’m satisfied.
