On the occasion that I do talk to the technician they are professional. And anytime I've had issues with the service, someone comes out within a week and fixes the problem.

I had a great talk with the manager and he is helping me get rid of the fungus that I have in my yard. They've been out twice to get rid of the weeds. They also scheduled an application for fertilizer this week.
