I love the way my lawn looks and get compliments on it a lot. I have concerns: 1. Too many weeds. 2. The right side of my driveway is my lawn. 3. The backyard is included in my contract but is often not sprayed. There is no dog in backyard.

As with most companies, I imagine positive feedback is rare. With that in mind, I must let you know how pleased I am with Kendrick Simms! Due my pool, I’m uncomfortable leaving my gate unlocked. A quick ring of the doorbell, and I have the gate unlocked prior to the completion of the front yard. I’ve had reps drive away without ringing the doorbell or if they do, their facial expressions are a clear indicator of how they feel about it. Prior to me opening the door, Mr. Simms greets with with a smile before he secures his mask. This small gesture may not seem like a big deal to some, but to me it means a lot! I understand that he has other customers, but he never seems rushed as I’ve often observed with others. Also, he leaves clear and precise notes. I’d like to remain anonymous, but if possible, I would appreciate it if he is informed that a customer is highly pleased with his service.

We are new - first service was 4/20 - man came early and we really wanted to talk to him about our concerns with lawn. We will see if weeds go away I guess. Next time I would like to know when he is here - just call.

My yard has improved 100% since I started using your service. Tamir Saliman always does a good spray and applies the product on the entire lawn, none of the (ghost spray) that some other techs due.
Lawn and shrubs look great. Reps—latest is Alan—are very accommodating. We have dogs in back and they work with is about getting them in before treating.

When I initially looked at my yard after the winter. I didn't like what I saw But as time progressed my yard start looking better and better and better I'm very pleased with you are right now. One time I was going to cancel but not now thank you got a customer for life thank you for your help my lawn look better
