Very happy with the lawn service and the TruGreen technician, Art. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I live on the water with a lot of salt spray and own several dogs which creates a challenge for the grass in my back yard. He offers lots of advice on how to keep it healthy and looking its best.
He is pleasant and very knowledgeable and provides sound recommendations for our lawn care. He is very professional and responds very positively to our questions regarding lawn care.

Weed control has been good but still had some in the later part of the summer. We had had a few bare spots come out in the lawn. Aphids were a problem in some of our plants and trees that was never controlled completely.

My primary lawn care professional, Michael T. O'Brien, is the reason I give a rating of 10. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and cares about what he does when he services my landscape. If he suspects a problem with my turfgrass, he informs me about it and takes action. In other words, he's pro-active, not reactive. He is the only TruGreen tech that I want to service my yard. The fact of the matter is: he deserves a 10 plus for his work and is a credit to TruGreen.

My technician, Gary Payne, is very professional and does an excellent job of treating our trees and shrubs. We have been using TruGreen for about a year and have seen improvement since Gary started treating them. He always takes the time to answer any questions I have, and since I am new to this area, I have a lot of them.
Gary always does great work, makes it a point to wave to my kid as he gets excited when the "TruGreen guy is here to work"

Michael Obrien does an excellent job. He answers our questions with good knowledge. Is always pleasant and efficient. On rare occasion when there is a sub, they seem competent also. Over the past three years, the weeds have been minimized and the lawn is gradually thickening in the thin spots. We had some late season insect problems and the technician took action.. We will wait for the coming season to see if it was successful.

Tru Green has taken our lawn from a weed infested patch of grass to one of the better lawns in our neighborhood. The grass in green and lush and I don't mind walking on it barefooted. I couldn't do that before.
