They are willing to come back if more weeds appear. I called them about dollar weeds and they did come but we got some rain while they were here. They said it would be ok but I think I will be calling them back.

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) followed-up on my original customer submission. I was surprised to hear from a TruGreen CSR. Usually, after writing a customer submission they end up in a black hole and or you receive an email stating they will try harder. This was different. The TruGreen CSR was sincere and truthful. She explained the contract and provided a refund on items that I had questions and concerns. If it wasn't for the CSR follow-up I would of let my contract expire without a renewal. She made a difference for me and TruGreen. Thank you.
