Timeliness and thoroughness of service.. I'm seeing a definite improvement in healthy grass growth and overall lawn appearance.
Dustin knocks on the door and explains what he is doing. The treatment, and what I can do to help out. He noticed that I needed more fertilizer and put in a svc call to push granular fert. The lawn is starting to thicken up and should look good soon.

My only complaint with trugreen is that you tend to expand my services without my permission - I have been scheduled for services which I have not been consulted about and scheduled for two of the same services on the same day i.e. potassium application on 7-13-17. Over zealous marketers? I intend to only have monthly lawn service and a bi-monthly tree and shrub. All other services i.e chinch bug and aeration after consultation and request.

Specialist Mark Scheibelhut is great to work with. I asked questions about brown spots in my lawn and he correctly identified the problems and he put down the proper chemical to get rid of the spots.
Mark is always cordial and has a good attitude.

My representative, Kelly McKenney, has been very helpful and kept in close touch with me to make sure that I am happy with her service.
