Dear Management:
I have enjoyed the services of TruGreen; however, as a result of my last service on 5/3/22 several areas of my lawn has turned brown. It would appear that too much chemical was applied to these areas that turned brown. Please contact me and let me know how this can be corrected. I have photos.

Technicians are pleasant, for the most part, they dispense chemicals where they're supposed to go, and some ask if we have any questions or concerns.
