I just had a new Trugreen technician here, and I have never had a technician that really knew so much about lawns. His name is Brian Rhoton, let me tell you what he did.
Brian took me around my lawn showed me what broadleaf weeds were he showed me areas of fungus and how it develops and not only that but after he was finished he came to me with sage weed, he showed it to me and told me don't pull it don't cut it, leave it alone and it will die within 14 to 21 days.
He actually pulled a piece of the weed out and brought it to me and showed me, now that's customer service. I've been with true green for three years and this is one technician I don't want to see leave or transferred to another area. The man's name is Brian Rhoton, he needs to be commended and this company needs to make sure they retain him.

We are very impressed with our first two services, especially compared to prior service from other companies. Service notification in advance did occur as promised and both technicians were both professional and thorough. The summary reports of both visits were most informative.
