Comprehensive service, delivered as promised & scheduled, delivery techs are professional, personable & engage the customer to answer questions as well as seek feedback in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Cost of service is a little steep, but I plan to retain TruGreen because of the significant improvement in the appearance & health of my lawn.

Love the service. Yard looks spectacular. Many, many positive comments from owners, passer byers, strangers' clients. Getting to be one of the best-looking properties in town. A few months ago, we won the beautification award here in Bartow. Would love to have a sign claiming,

Your service is well managed with seamless treatments, personable & professional technicians, and effective products. This is my first time using TruGreen. I thought it rather pricey when I first contracted, but now I believe it is worth every penny. For example, we included the mosquito treatments which I was also skeptical about... but they work. We can't believe the difference. It makes our yard usable and enjoyable, instead of hiding behind a screen. I used to be a certified instructor of customer service within the US Department of Defense... so I have and will always rate customer service with all of the business and firms I do business with. At this point in time, I would grant my highest recommendation to TruGreen! May they continue to strive to never disappoint.

I enjoyed the personal contact with Ryan. If not for him, I was ready to cancel my contract. He fully explained the services I would be getting as to when, what, and how all products would be applied. In my mind, Ryan, is the best customer service agent TruGreen has in my location.
