For the most part each of your employees who come out to service our lawn, seem to be very nice and helpful. However, our favorite lawn person is Robert. He seems to really care
about the things that are going on with our lawn. He tries to help us understand why certain things are happening to the lawn at certain times of the year. Great personality!

The gentleman that does the service is always neatly attired and friendly. Although we have had some difficulties with True Green in the past we can't really say if it was due to the treatment or to the issue with the grass.
We would like to continue receiving the paper tickets that the service man leaves at our door.
