My TruGreen tech Rodney Woodie is excellent. He's very pleasant and diligent. I don't usually have a chance to talk to him but did so today on August 7, 2017.
Duane Crumb always checks to see if I am home and have any questions or complaints before he starts application. and again before he leaves . very polite and nice guy.

I've been a customer of Trugreen for several years, but I never had someone who provided a detailed report of their findings. He's is very thorough in detecting problems with the shrubs and trees and treats accordingly. An example would be that last service he reported that the foxtail palm tree was infested with ganoderma and recommended removal right away. Knowing about ganoderma, I had the tree removed. However, I had previously reported to the other technician prior to Shawn that the fronds appears yellow and so additional nutrients were applied when in fact it was early signs that the tree was infested. At any rate, I recommend that Shawn continue servicing my shrubs and trees. He's friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and an asset to your company.
