I love the service as I do not have to think about my yard. I like it to look as best it can and you folks always assist to that end. I especially like conversing with our tree/shrub technician Mr. Joseph Battle. He always greets me when I am out and asks about my family and how things are going. He is a plethora of knowledge as he can spot an issue with a particular schrub just at first glance. Such was the case today and he applied the necessary chemicals. I will keep my eye on these shrubs and will call back should more application be needed. Thank you for allowing Mr. Battle on our route. I like the fact that he is a constant and knows my property well! GB
I was recently serviced by Eric W and was very impressed by his attitude, work, and responsive ness to my questions. This service involved trees & shrubs.
I am not satisfied with my lawn service. There is a substantial brown spot between my property and my neighbors. It has been either unaddressed or unsuccessfully addressed for several months. I am currently trying to arrange for someone to come out and diagnose the problem and provide solutions.
We are not in Florida so cannot say anything about the lawn. That being said we have always been satisfied with the service.

Always watching out for me
This is to rate my service call on Friday, 25 June. Chris Castano is my TruGreen specialist. I received a text at 8:51 AM that Chris would be at my location soon. At 1:14 PM I received a text that Chris just arrived at my house. I missed seeing that text, however, so I was not made aware that he was at my house. I did see the next test which arrived at 5:53 PM which said my lawn service was complete. I went outside and found the Service Summary stuffed in a slot beneath my mailbox. My mailbox is at the curbside about 100 feet from my front door. The summary showed service was completed at 1:26 PM. Is it possible to service 17,000 square feet of lawn in 12 minutes. My main disappointment was not being able to communicate with Chris about my service. His arrival text stated that his goal was to ensure my satisfaction and would be available to discuss any questions. Why was the Service Summary not placed as a door hanger, and why didn't Chris ring the doorbell? Why were the times of the text messages so spread out? Here are my expectations for the next visit. When Chris arrives onsite, please ring the doorbell. I will come outside. When service is complete, please ring the doorbell again to discuss Chris's thoughts on the lawn's condition. Thank you for allowing feedback on service calls. My goal is the same as yours, i.e., a great looking lawn.

The first several experiences that I received from TruGreen were not ideal, however, after sharing my concern with the customer service department, I eventually received an email/ phone call from the Commercial Manager (Jose Rivera) who took the time out of his day in order to meet me at my house so we can walk the property together to show everything that has concerned me. Long story short, we came to an agreement along with other options that he suggested at no additional cost. I previous provided a bad review, but knowing the importance of positive reviews, I wanted to take a moment to share my new experience. I am currently very please and look forward to growing business with each other.
Mr. Crumb treated my grass and left a detailed report of what was done which is appreciated.
In the beginning, we had so many weeds in our grass and after 3 or so months, I could see a drastic change in the amount of weeds that are growing. I highly recommend TruGreens weed service for lawns. There is no way that we could pull them all and the over the counter weed control products just do not touch most of them.
