I like that TruGreen sends prior notice of upcoming service. Also that the specialist leaves a very detailed summary of what was done and what might be needed on our part for improvement.

Advance notification of when the service will be performed, exactly what the service for that day will be and follow through; paper notification of the service performed that day is left on the door if no one is home.

I have two services with Trugreen: one for my lawn and one for my trees/shrubs and have had this service for many years. The technician takes care of the application and gives me feedback on how I can supplement their visits. They do a better job than I could do on my property so I keep signing up each year.

It took two years but our lawn looks great.
We have both lawn and mosquito services. For the Mosquito service, and the first time performed, there was a man that did the service, It was a very good job and I was here at home while he sprayed. For the first application I was curious to see just what was involved.
For the second application, I was informed by Text message or Email that it was a different employee than the first. his was fine to us but we never had a chance to see her or talk to her while on this occasion, of town for a few hours.
We have cameras on the property that are mainly used for viewing anyone entering the yard unauthorized. We did see the employee doing the front of the yard on camera, but she was never in view in the rear yard near the apple orchard doing the Mosquito spray on bushes.
This could have been missed by the camera, we're not sure. My request is to have you contact the employee to confirm that the application did happen this time in the rear yard. Maybe she thought the rear yard was not part of the property to do. Overall the rear yard is the most important and the reason why we have the Mosquito spray plan. The first application that employee did the back yard.
