The person that does my lawn now is very friendly and does a better job than the person prior. He has even opened the gate into the back yard when I forgot to leave it open for him. The person prior to that would not.

I don't know if a different person comes around to spray my bushes or not. If so they do a very good job as well.

The way my lawn looks most of the time, there are times when i still get dandelions and need to have the treatment done over but 90% of the time I am very pleased.

They called in advance to set up the appointment. When the first date would not work we worked out another date and then they called again 24 hours in advance to confirm.
