Have been with Trugreen for years, service is good. Haven't had to have this often, but appreciate the fact that they will come out in between service if needed.

I realized the value of having TruGreen service my lawn when I foolishly tried to save money by discontinuing the service since my lawn always looked great.
Two years later I almost lost my lawn as it had deteriorated so much.
Luckily, TruGreen came to the rescue and my lawn is lush again.
I appreciate getting the calls in advance to let me know that there will be an upcoming treatment on my lawn and I appreciate the servicemen stopping to talk so I can ask questions.

As expected, since we had a LOT of weeds, the first application didn't get them all. Blake came back out at no charge and nailed it! Our lawn looks better than it has in years. those results. Very good business , client relationship ,and professional
business aptitude striving if need be to hold their services to the highest
standards. Techs seem to be professionally involved in supporting those
goals. That would include telephone reps whom always seem to just
get right to the client concern and are respectful and courteous in
conversation with the discussions demonstrating integrity of the companies
obvious dedication to the value of the most earnest reputation that it can
be proud of because that seems to be their highest value in doing business
and I have no doubt what so ever that that was their objective as they
managed their services in the beginning by someone or group that understood
that that would be a solid foundation for their success .
I like the reminder call I get telling me when TruGreen will be at my house and for what. Tech is always friendly and efficient. I see a definite difference in my lawn and tree and bushes since having TruGreen.

Spoke with Raymond today when he performed my lawn care. He was very courteous and eager to discuss how I could better take care of my lawn. He provided helpful tips on grass planting. He took the time to answer my questions.

I love my TruGreen service and the freedom to not worry about my lawn. Thank you for responding to my concern about getting the pre-emergent on while the forsythia were blooming (the old-fashioned way of knowing when the crabgrass were germinating).
Yesterday I got to visit with the young man who applied my fertilizer and pre-emergent, and he confirmed that was what would be done. He also took a look at a weed invading an area where it has not been before and took one of the plants I pulled with him, I am assuming to confirm what it is? I was impressed. (Jesse Sandoz--65089)
I must say the "canned" comments are okay, but really? "I noticed some areas of your lawn are a different color. This is due to different grass types." Duh! Like I don't know that? I would say if you don't have a helpful comment available that fits the situation just don't put one in. This from a teacher who was forced to use canned comments that didn't fit the situation on report cards for far too many years.

Technician was very knowledgeable, answered questions we had without no hesitation. Gave us suggestions on what type of grass to plant in bare areas, how much to water and best times to water. Came to door when he arrived and introduced himself telling us how much time he would be taking to do the job, etc.

I like that I get a report about what is being done. I've also had issues between treatments and someone has come out to help remedy the situation. One of those instances being a rose bush that was nearly dead...now thriving. It's consistent, dependable and thorough. Thanks!
This year I have been very happy with the timing of my service and extremely happy with the gentleman that has come out to do our lawn. He has been very professional and helpful, even calling back with information after he returned to the office.
