I get a call before you come. You knock on my door to tell me you are in my yard. You leave a detailed summary of what was done to my yard.
Our trees and bushes are very healthy now that we are using your service. We had a problem with Japanese Beatles eating our Lyndon tree and they have been able to spray the tree when needed and apply the proper grub treatment to reduce numbers and lawn damage.
The people the have been applying our treatments are always available to answer any questions
and give suggestions on how to water - especially over the winter.
When I talk to them and ask questions the tell me how to solve the problem or try to find out how to solve them and then get back to me with the solutions. I hope they continue to work with long time customers to help keep the cost down while making a profit for the company.
