The technician seem to remember from season to season what has been going on with the lawn, what the problems have been and what improvements have occurred, and what still needs attention. Unfortunately this depends on being home when they come to treat so that you there for a first hand conversation. The printed reports left at the door and way to indifferent and you couldn't possibly know what the technician actually sees. No one contacts me during teh year so unless I make an effort I would not know what is happening. There needs to be a go to "person" who knows each customers particular situtaion and is happening......The personal touch is missing. The "we care about your particular property" and will personally keep you appraised of what is happening.

We appreciate the fine service that Mike Erixson has provided for us. We consulted with him about additional services on another property we own. He has made some recommendations as we have some critical needs with trees on that property. We would like to request that he be our service person this entire season as we have extensively discussed our new/additional needs with him.

First time customer and so far I am impressed with the service and the lawn specialist. My specialist was Raymond Woods and he was engaging and knowledgeable of his products and applications. He greeted me prior to his application and then after he was done he came to the door with the service ticket. Great experience.
I like receiving the email alerts as to when the technicians are scheduled, as well as knowing they have been at my home and completed their treatment. The receipts they leave are helpful to know what treatments have been done as well. If there are tips of what I can do on my end, it would be helpful to know this at the time the receipt is left.

I liked Matthew Ballas who made the application. However the salesman
Justin Hott told me there would be no problem when I advised I planned to plant grass in some bare areas. That is not the case according to Matthew and he had already cover Ed the largest bare area before I got to him. Name removed
My specialist Raymond is always very courteous, he explains the process. He is very good
Good to work with if have special requests, recently Mike Exstrom (sp?) did an excellent job explaining the ash borer treatment which I will be getting on 2 of our ash trees.
Nicholas White serviced us on the 25th of April, he was very personable, easy to talk to and very helpful with my needs for service. We had the sprinklers guys coming at about the same time and i discovered that i needed to have more time before he put on the application and he offered a solution that worked out for both of us! I believe one of my pepper plants was hit with some week killer. Has all the signs as this has happened before with Mr Amoto lawn service. It is not a big deal but wanted to bring it to your attention so you can watch for it next time. Last year it was the tomatoes that got hit. Not by you but Mr. Amoto. They bounced back as I think the pepper may bounce back too. If not it is early and its only a pepper plant. Thanks for all your help.
