Specialist: James Griffing - 49166 performed two DesertScape treatments for us on: 1) 06/15/2017 and 2) 08/17/2017. This is to highly commend James for his taking the time to speak with us about our TRUGREEN annual service agreement, He very patiently listened to our questions and concerns.Then he proceeded to explain the details of our plan, I (Jason) informed James that I no longer was able to physically manage to control the weeds on our lot due to my age and physical injuries. James was very understanding when I asked him to give a thorough weed control treatment to prevent the regrowth of weeds and he gladly agreed to do so. In Fact, we did not have any weeds emerge after that treatment. Your Service Specialists/Technicians are great!!! Specialist Jeremy Cordova, - 67336 performed our TruHealth Desert Service/tree & shrub treatment on Monday, 09/25/2017. As we had requested Jeremy called to say he had arrived since we requested the Specialist talk with us before he started the treatment. My lawn looks terrific and I feel that the technicians are very professional.

I haven't been totally happy. Trugreen hasn't been able to get the weeds out all summer. I have even called them to come back for treatments. However my grass looks healthy.

The technicians that visit our yard - They have always been knowledgable and pleasant.
Interaction with the technicians who come to apply chemicals to the lawn and to kill weeds. They always leave some advice on the ticket regarding lawn care.
Always a reminder from Trudy....the service people are very knowledgeable and will explain what they are doing and are always friendly. The service has made my trees look healthy as the neighbors are struggling with theirs. I am very pleased with this service and highly recommend to my neighbors.
