Heather was here to do shrub and tree care on Friday and I had the opportunity to visit with her (which rarely happens since I"m usually not home). It was great to get her perspective on some of the concerns I had on a couple of our trees and discuss some options. She has a history with us which I value and also her experience with you. She's an asset to your company. Great gal!!

Colten takes care of our lawn and does an outstanding job he's our tech and we really like him he''s professional great at telling us what he's doing and we never want to loose him

I appreciate the call the day before the application, and that the technician rings the bell to let me know he is there. I spoke with Shane to let him know that there is quite a bit of spurge in the backyard, as well as dandelions. He mentioned weeds 3 times in his report as well as the height of the lawn, and height of the lawnmower. I don't know how he can tell those things, as the grass is fairly long, ready to be mowed. In one recommendation, he says to water today's application, and another says to avoid mowing or watering for 24 hours? A little confusing. The service is fast and friendly, but I do wish not so fast as to avoid all the granular stuff on the sidewalks.
Relieves me of not having to spray for weeds.

Keep on a schedule, do good work, reliable. I have had for a long time some foreign grass that's getting bigger around my mailbox. That needs some attention.

I'm please with service. Techs are always available to answer questions when I have them. I am concerned about how expensive these are becoming however. I'm a senior and as much as i appreciate all that is done by your company, I may have to begin doing some of it myself to save money. Any possibility of a discount?
