All the people doing the work have been great--giving information and being friendy.
A few times the office that calls when a lawn or tree work is to be done are not aware of Denver weather.
My first Ash bore for my tree two years ago was handed by the local office very well. This year when I requested the required two year again treatment, a young woman told me it could not be done unless I paid $128 before TruGreen would treat the tree. I would not do that since I have been a
5 year customer and have always paid my bills. It took 3 months before a very nice young man measured my tree and said it would be $125.00. I don't know if
the woman demanding payment before
the work was a new hire without training or what. But I was going to look for a new company if TruGreen was going to demand a payment from a
five year customer who had always her bills.

I totally trust that the technicians who visit our property will alert us if there are problems, and that they will suggest solutions. Our maple tree is still living, though one of it's limbs broke with the recent October snow fall. Having TruGreen attending to our cherished lawn, shrubbery, bushes and trees gives me peace of mind as I face life's continuous challenges.

I gave TruGreen a chance this year to prove themselves worthy of my trust again as a customer. I had them several years ago and was not happy with my lawn. I switched to Scotts Lawn Care and was very happy. I was concerned when TruGreen took over Scotts Lawn Care, but they have proven to me this year that customer service and the condition of my lawn really are important. They must have taken Scotts Lawn Care's advice regarding proper customer and lawn care because I am very happy. I had the same technician all year who really cared about my lawn! This never happened before when I first had TruGreen. My lawn looks great! I plan on staying with TruGreen as long as they keep up these new standards!
No more weeding in my lawn for me! But would like that when trugreen comes that they look around the areas w no grass where the sun doesn't shine etc. have a few weeds that escape us because the lawn has died there. It still needs weed treatment

I don't give perfect scores They did a good job except once when the person said the gate was locked and in fact is was not . Not happy about that at all !!!!!!!!!
