Total care of my lawn, shrubs and trees with one service.
I have noticed new growth in our backyard which for three years with two other companies, I saw the grass thinning. I do think you start with pre-emergence feeding too soon for this climate. We’re just as likely to get twelve inches of snow in April as we are to break records for daily high temps. If it doesn’t rain tonight then our dose will be of little use because our outside water and sprinkler systems have been shut down all winter.

Ian is the most courteous and friendly service technician EVER!!!
He always calls ahead to check that the dogs are secured and safe as indicated on my notes, and to see if I have any other needs or requests. I would love if Ian could be the only tech that serviced my yard.
You regularly take care of my lawn, trees and shrubs need without me calling and setting up the service.
As a long time customer of TruGreen I have had very few problems with their service. I feel that any problems I have can be taken care of in a short time.
In the long run it probably saves money with how much fertilizer is per bag. Helps me have a nice lawn to make my property look nice.

The staff was very cordial and let me know he was on my property. He quickly took care of the lawn application and didn’t leave a lot of fertilizer on the concrete sidewalk, so I didn’t have to sweep it, He also left a printout detailing what he had done and gave me suggestions for taking care of my lawn. So far, my lawn looks good! They came to do a mite control, but I had snow on my lawn still---they said they would still to the application and come back if I had any issues free of charge.

The last Tru Green rep was Ted and he is someone I can talk with and get answers.
I did not know he was coming. There was no email before he arrived but he was kind and helpful. I would appreciate being informed before you send someone out for any service as I am not always here and the gate to my back yard is locked. So that prevents the Tru Green rep doing his job. If you change times of services I would appreciate hearing from you. I used to also get a phone message which hasn't happened for awhile.

I have been a long time customer of Trugreen and have always had good service from them. I did have a problem with TruGreen last year, but was corrected after a period of time.
The tech's do an outstanding job.
Really like the friendly service from the technicians.
The field technician comes on to my property and takes good care as they do their service. They make sure my 2 gates are closed so my dogs do not get out of the yard.
The tree trimming unit is top notch. I know tree/shrub treatments are expensive for you to do, but I could use more price breaks.
